Likely yes! We might be able to store a few items in hallways or unused areas, but we cannot guarantee that all furniture can be removed.
No. However, many of the caterers on our preferred list are licensed, and if you hire them, they will arrange it. Otherwise, obtaining an SOP (Special Occasion Permit) is a simple process that a Brick House Blue team member will happily walk you through.
Events can go until 11:00pm, by which time all guests must be gone. Tear-down can exceed this timing.

We have a list of preferred caterers who know our spaces and expectations well. Our chosen caterers were selected for their superb cuisine and exceptional service. If any caterer is catching your eye, let us know and we can work our magic to create the perfect menu. You may find the list of preferred caterers here.
Yes. Our service and handling fee is 15% for all catering. A service and handling fee is a percentage of the total caterer invoice.
Yes! Totally your choice – just let us know so we can be prepared for the delivery and snagging you to sign the bill.
Yes. Many clients get this by tacking on liability insurance to their existing business insurance for one day; another option is to purchase it from a separate insurance company. Brick House Blue must be mentioned as an insured party in the contract.
Security is required when alcohol is being served and/or the event has more than 75 guests.
Both of our locations have onsite FREE parking on the street and in a covered parking garage.
